What we keep

Short version: we do not ask for your name, your email or your documents. Most of what you see on the pad is public chain data we merely read.

Chain data is public and not ours

Balances, trades, callouts and fee claims live on a public blockchain. Anyone can read them, we cannot change or erase them, and an address can often be linked to a person by anyone willing to do the work. That is a property of the chain, not a choice we made, and no privacy policy can undo it. Assume every trade you make is public forever.

What we store off-chain

  • Profile. Your wallet address, plus anything you choose to add: handle, display name, bio, avatar.
  • X link, if you use it. Your X account id, username and avatar URL, and when it was verified. We do not receive your X password, and we do not post on your behalf.
  • Session. A hashed session token tied to your address, with its creation and expiry time, set as an http-only cookie after you sign the sign-in message. It is strictly necessary to keep you signed in; there are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
  • Social activity. Follows, likes, replies and which notifications you have seen.
  • Callout link clicks. A counter per callout. It is a total, not a log of who clicked.
  • Operational logs. Ordinary server and rate-limit records, which include IP addresses and user agents, kept briefly to keep the site up and to stop abuse.

We do not collect government ID, date of birth, physical address, phone number or email, and we do not ask for or store your private keys or seed phrase. We never sell your data.

Why we store it

To show your profile and callouts to other people, to keep you signed in, to send you in-app notifications about your activity, to render link previews, and to protect the service from spam and abuse. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Some things necessarily leave our servers: the RPC provider and block explorer you reach through the site see the requests your browser makes; token images and metadata are pinned to IPFS, which is public and permanent; X sees the OAuth flow when you link an account; and our hosting, database and cache providers process data on our behalf to run the service. We share data with no one else, except where the law requires it.

Your wallet is a separate product with its own privacy policy. So is X. Read theirs.

Your choices

You can edit or clear your profile fields, unlink X, delete your own replies and log out at any time. Ask us and we will delete your off-chain profile and social records; sessions expire on their own. What we cannot do is remove anything from the blockchain or from IPFS, including callouts, trades and token metadata.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or restrict processing of your data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Using the pad without connecting a wallet requires no account at all.

Children

The pad is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep data from children, and we delete it if we find it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For a deletion request or any privacy question, reach us through the contact listed on our X account. For how the product works, see the docs.
