What The Plug is, and is not
The Plug is an interface to public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. We publish a website and an indexer that read those contracts and help you format transactions. Your wallet signs and broadcasts everything.
We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, market maker, investment adviser or money transmitter. We never take custody of your tokens, ETH or keys, we hold no client funds, and we cannot move, freeze, reverse or recover anything on your behalf. The contracts run whether or not this website exists.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and using the pad must be lawful there. You must not be subject to sanctions, or located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be using the pad on behalf of anyone who is. If any of this stops being true, stop using the site.
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that arise from your activity.
Your wallet and your account
Your wallet is your account. Signing in means signing a free message that proves you control an address; it never approves a transfer. You may optionally link an X account to display a handle and avatar, and one X account can vouch for one wallet.
You are solely responsible for the security of your keys, your seed phrase and your device. Anyone who controls your keys controls your assets, and we cannot help you if they are lost or stolen.
What you post
Callouts, replies and profiles are your content. You keep ownership of it and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it through the site and its previews and embeds. Callouts are recorded on a public blockchain: they are permanent, public, and we cannot delete them. Tokens themselves are launched on pons, not here; their names, images and metadata are the launcher's content and pons' responsibility, not ours.
Do not post anything that:
- impersonates a person, project or brand, or misrepresents who you are;
- is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexualises minors, or infringes someone else's rights;
- is a coordinated attempt to manipulate a market by fabricating information, or that makes a guaranteed-return claim;
- contains malware, phishing links or a drainer contract.
We may remove content from our own interface, hide or unrank a token, a callout or a profile, revoke X verification, and rate-limit or block access, at our discretion and without notice. That affects our website only; on-chain data stays where it is.
Using the site fairly
Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the indexer or the APIs, and do not work around rate limits. Do not use the referral system to pay yourself through wallets you control; self-referrals earn nothing by design, and we may exclude accounts that try to game attribution.
Fees
Our router charges a fee on buys only, in the token's quote asset, split between the referring caller and the platform as shown on the fee breakdown, and claimed by callers when they choose. The fee rate and split are set on-chain, capped by the contract, and may change with notice on the docs page. pons' own hook fee and creator tax are charged by pons' contracts, not by us. Network gas is paid to the chain, never to us.
Risk, warranties and liability
You have read the risk notice and accept that trading these tokens can cost you everything you put in.
The site and the contracts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that data will be correct or current, or that the contracts are free of bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost opportunities, failed or front-run transactions, chain reorganisations or outages, smart-contract exploits, or the conduct of any other user, creator or caller. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in aggregate to the greater of the protocol fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or 100 USD.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the pad, your content, your tokens, or your breach of these terms.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or discontinue the website at any time. You can stop using the pad whenever you like — your on-chain positions and claimable balances remain yours and reachable directly through the contracts.
Law and disputes
Nothing here creates a partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest survives. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of The Plug is established, and disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
